Show More Key responsibilities

• Perform activities related to the migration of data in the payroll domain, from legacy systems into Workday, e.g. data extraction, mapping, validation, cleansing, data transformation
• Support, advise and assist local SME’s in Payroll, HCM, Compensation & Benefits and Absence as well as liaise with external payroll vendors on payroll data related input required from them
• Collaborate closely with the central Data Migration Team to understand the data migration strategy and tools and drive its execution for a set of countries
• Collaborate to create a Payroll Testing Strategy and participate as Tester to validate Workday new fields, interfaces, and data uploads
• Identify improvement opportunities in regional processes and raises them to Head of Payroll Delivery

• 5+ years working with Payroll Processes as a Payroll Analyst/Administrator or Payroll Implementation Analyst
• Experience in Payroll System Transitions, data cleansing, data migration, data analytics ideally from implementing Workday in complex international organizations
• Fluency in English 85% proficiency
• Advance Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge in Power Bi, SAP and Workday is a plus
• Project or in context experience linked to payroll and core HR processes
• Ability to effectively engage and mobilize diverse HR stakeholders at country and regional level and translate technical requirements to a non-technical audience
• A proactive, high energy attitude geared towards achieving continuous improvement
• Flexibility and adaptability: ability to operate in a fast paced, rapidly evolving project environment and often set own direction with minimal guidance
• Collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions
• You have a passion for data, a highly analytical approach with a strong eye for detail
• Structured working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timescales and scope
• Low tolerance for delays and deviations
