As part of Digital Core Transformation team, this role is accountable for the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA and surround system capabilities supporting the Order to Cash workstream, business processes and data insights.
Direct responsibilities for this role include: Lead Solutions Design for S/4 Hana, Configuration, Documentation, Testing, and Delivery with intelligent automation supporting S4/Hana Order to Cash (SAP O2C/OTC/SD) business processes (Scope includes work among SAP and non-SAP Systems and Applications) Design S4/Hana Order to Cash solutions at an enterprise scale and standards, supporting S4/Hana business processes in alignment with K-C’s strategic vision Create functional specification documents that require development of WRICEF (Workflow Reports Interfaces Conversion Enhancement and Form) objects Responsible for solving complex business problems by creating IT solutions in consultation with business partners, architects and other stakeholders Operate in close partnership with the IT and business communities, subject matter experts, external consultants, cross functional teams, add-ons, etc.
Requirements: Excellent technical & functional configuration knowledge and demonstrated proficiency for Order to Cash OTC business processes including but not limited to Order Management, Sales, Pricing, Billing/Invoicing and Delivery/Logistics, ATP, outputs, etc. Deep integration knowledge of OTC processes with Logistics Execution (LEX), Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP) and Master Data Management (MDM) Integration with finance, inventory and logistics Participated in multiple full cycle global SAP implementations, with a focus on Order to Cash led business transformation Experience in IT capabilities for other functional areas e.g. Supply Chain/ Logistics, Finance, Procurement will be desirable SAP S/4 HANA global implementation experience or equivalent next generation business transformation implementation High Learning Agility with outcome-oriented and a transformative mindset bringing forward best in class data, process, and technical designs for purpose Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; must be a constructive challenger/assertive Experience in creating/ reviewing functional specifications for custom enhancements Ability to create and execute outcome-oriented strategies and build/sustain meaningful business relationships Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal business, technical, and external consulting teams Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage projects and teams including working with vendor partners Experience to work in a global setup with peers, leaders & teams across geographies and ability to work in a cross-cultural context Formal training & certification in SAP Functional modules is preferred
Key Qualifications Minimum of 8-10 years IT experience – in End-user industry or IT consulting or Systems Integrators or with IT Product Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on SAP/S4 Hana solutions at an enterprise scale
