Your tasks

  • Process incoming invoices & employee expense reports to ensure that they are within the corporate guideline 
  • Enter into SAP
  • Scan and save invoices
  • Obtain approvals while following guidelines
  • Provide documentation/reports to PwC for local accounting
  • Resolve problem invoices with vendors and/or purchasing, all vendor inquiries regarding, debit memos, statements, expense reports, filing accounting records, process check runs by print, obtain signatures, and distribute
  • Participate in internal audits and perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Maintains adherence to company policies, safety/ergonomic standards, and good housekeeping.

    • Our expectations

  • Minimum of 2 years job experience as AP Clerk or related role in a professional environment. Preferable with Shared Service experience and Free Zone.
  • Accounting Technician, Private Accountant or currently studying a career in finance or accounting field
  • English skills of 85% (oral, written & comprehension); 
  • Excel
  • Microsoft Word
  • ERP systems (SAP Preferable)
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual to work with a focus on world class customer service
