Your Responsibilities :

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main responsibilities of these are:

  • Process complex commercial invoices and large data sets following established system validations, financial reconciliations, and controlled processes to produce accurate and timely rebates and rebate packages under a strict timeline
  • Create and maintain appropriate supporting documentation and provide support for governmental audits, internal audits and financial audits.
    Develop and maintain excellent internal stakeholder partnerships and demonstrate team player coverage to provide exceptional support and positive interactions to meet deadlines.
  • Responsible for administering complex contracts that provide GSK product coverage to private insured individuals and access to government sponsored programs that produce rebates with substantial financial impact to the company
  • Identify and implement areas for potential process improvements.

    • Contract Operations administers contracts with private Managed Care companies, private Medicare Part D companies, and Governmental programs such as Medicaid, Tricare, and Coverage Gap. Our area’s focus is on accurate and timely rebates and process efficiencies.

    Basic Qualifications:

    We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • From 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Audit, Business Systems, Analytics or other related area.
  • English level: Advanced
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with complex data analysis experience.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation.

    • Preferred Qualifications:

    However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

  • Contract Management and Rebates Experience on Pharmaceutical Contracts, Government Contracts, Membership or Retailers.
