Your Responsibilities : This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Responsible for end-to-end completion of Joiners/ Leavers/ Change-Job on Workday and other required systems. Works with various stakeholders in business and other function teams like Finance and Tech to ensure process SLA´s (Service Level Agreement) and documentation closure.
  • Accountable for Workday Data Accuracy. Drive Line Manager Communications and Capability building to ensure right Workday transactions and Data Validation and other required processes.
  • Uses knowledge management tools effectively to ensure accuracy of information and stays abreast of changes in knowledge management content.
  • Ensures excellent customer service during key Human Resources business cycles by identifying and taking corrective action when information appears out of alignment or incorrect.
  • As part of our HR Customer Service Team you will work in partnership with Human Resources partners and other members of HR operations to provide a high-quality customer experience to our internal clients.

  • Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • English Level: Advanced.
  • French Level: Advanced.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a Human Resources Shared Services, Support Centre or Customer Support.
  • Experience of Workday or other systems.
