Adobe Primetime is seeking a Associate Software Engineer to help with the new endeavors for video streaming and data intelligence solutions. Be part of a dynamic and results-oriented work environment which is well-known around the world as well as discover the excellent benefit plans and exciting programs at Adobe.

Be involved in crafting and testing new features for the Primetime products as well as be a key part of the interaction with customers in order to ensure our solutions are accurately configured and deployed for them.

What you'll do

  • Work in a distributed team of software architects and developers to plan and execute the development of Adobe Primetime components
  • Ensure the highest level of uptime and Quality of Service (QoS) for our customers through operational excellence
  • Fix performance and stability issues using a wide variety of tools
  • Perform research on various technologies useful for the project
  • Work in an agile environment and deliver on commitments for both time and quality

    • What you'll need to succeed

  • Fundamental programming skills, ideally practical experience with Python
  • Knowledge about methods to ensure functional correctness of software and how to build readable and maintainable code
  • Fundamental knowledge about web services and related technologies like HTTP, JSON and web server
  • Dedication to team-work, self-organization, and continuous improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communication and social skills

    • Good to have but not required

  • Knowledge of working with cloud technology solutions such as AWS or Azure

    • We are looking for an entry-level software engineer. While the above skills are advantageous, for us it is much more important to see your ability to learn new technologies quickly, integrate into a team at eye-level and take ownership for topics over time.
