The Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for our team! The Adobe Sensei team within our Digital Experience Business Unit is responsible for building next-generation AI/ML products for digital marketing and enterprise customer experience management.

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to drive the development and adoption of new AI/ML capabilities and products within Adobe Experience Cloud.

What you'll Do

You will drive the development of new product requirements by working directly with customers and conducting market research to understand market needs. You will then turn that knowledge into innovative and easy-to-use products by working closely with our world-class engineering and data science teams. Finally, you will work closely with various other product teams within the Digital Experience Business Unit to drive towards a unified, compelling vision for Adobe Experience Cloud.

  • Contribute to product strategy and vision for the Adobe Sensei team by using customer and market analysis
  • Write product requirements and user stories for features and improvements
  • Review customer feedback, prioritize it, and transform it into clearly defined product requirements
  • Guide user experience design planning and delivery with the UX team. Be the customer advocate for solution designs
  • Work closely with developers and QE resources to ensure releases meet -- and exceed -- customer expectations
  • Coordinate with other product managers and engineers across geos to deliver product functionality that set us apart from our competition
  • Run internal and external beta programs prior to releases to ensure customer success of new functionality. Test and drive issues to closure during the beta period.
  • Help the consulting and sales teams solve problems and discover innovative answers to hard questions
  • Collaborate with other teams to build materials including white papers, help documentation, blog posts, and customer presentations
  • Visit customers and attend industry events
  • What you need to succeed

  • 4-8 years of product management experience, preferably in one or more of the following domains: enterprise SaaS, digital marketing, AI/ML, growth hacking, data science & analytics
  • BS in Computer Science or other technical discipline preferred but not required.
  • MBA from a top-tier institution is a big plus.
  • Phenomenal presentation skills. You'll be sharing the product roadmap and strategy in front of large internal and external audiences; sometimes with very little notice.
  • Great interpersonal communication. You'll be interacting with everyone from PR to the IT/Ops teams to our customers at their offices.
  • Skilled in collecting, prioritizing, and responding to input from multiple sources (customers, testers, engineering, competitive products, management, etc.)
