What is primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for?

Because of our continued growth, the Global Services Recruitment team is looking for a long-term contract Sr. Recruiter. When you recruit at VMware, you are supported by a team of recruiters, sourcing specialists, scheduling coordinators, Talent Acquisition Leaders, HR Business Partners, an offers team, relocation team, immigration team, and business units who work together to hire the best talent and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

As a Sr. Recruiter, your time will be spent partnering with the business (HR, Finance, Legal) to uncover their business requirements and walking them through the fine art of interviewing and selection all while turning every rock to attract top diverse talent to join our company. You’re someone who thinks like a marketer and sells like a recruiter. You understand recruiting isn’t just about matching the right people with the right job, but fostering connections to our brand and ensuring every candidate has an engaging experience. At the end of the day, you’ll push the envelope and go the distance. You’re a balance of goal-driven and organized, allowing you to stay focused on the work that benefits your candidates and hiring managers.

- 7 + years of recruitment experience, a relentless determination to recruit the most passive candidates
