Descripción:We are seeking a seasoned Business Development & Delivery Leader to join our Sales organization to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion, while crafting and delivering solutions as a trusted advisor for our Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate will come with a strong land & expand instinct, combining the hunter and farmer modus operandi of growing business. They will have a solid foundation in selling as well as delivering services, providing solutions to complex business challenges, and developing a consultative-strategic relationship with clients. This role is responsible for the acquisition and development of strategic customers, engage with new prospects and sell targeted service & software solutions, developed by our in house technology/ practice experts. Strong networks and relationships inside our target accounts will be a major advantage. Two core focus areas include Business Development/Sales & Delivery Leadership, with a Customer Service and Satisfaction mindset. Responsibilities:Biz Dev: Managing the complete business development lifecycle from lead generation, through opportunity qualification, meeting with client sponsors, making presentations, strategizing solutions, preparing complex proposals, negotiating / closingIncrease, drive market & internal awareness of targeted services offerings & SaaS productsBrainstorming with iTalent Business leaders and building a plan/ pipeline for Account Development and outlining how sales targets will be met and exceededConducting target account business research, building/delivering sales presentations and actively leading bid processCrafting presentations for client sponsors, senior leaders and decision makers; negotiating competitive terms that are focused on growing business for the long termCreating and drafting statements of work that accurately capture project requirements and terms, following through to ensure terms are accepted and infrastructure is in place.Create actionable performance achievement plans for self (and others as appropriate) that include succession plans, capability development (team skills building), and contributions to knowledge sharing etc.Build and maintain relationships with client 3rd party vendors (VMS) Delivery Leadership: Lead & Develop Client Account team. Serve as the face of iTalent Digitals service team to the client and the central point of contact for its onsite and remote consultants.Educating field consultants to foster a consultative partnership with the client while also keeping an eye out for business development & expansion opportunities within the accountPerform a variety of strategic and tactical/ logistical tasks that support the overall mission of quality service and performance.Have the ability to serve as a player coach being a hands on Delivery lead, managing and overseeing project execution, managing stakeholder expectations and getting buy ins, and ensuring all concerned parties are on the same page.Drive the overall client services, respond to and manage client escalations, manage cost and time budgets.Drive reporting cadence to client sponsor and develop insightful analytics to track project progress. Required qualifications and skillsSkills required:Have at least 8 years’ experience in B2B Sales & Delivery in client-facing roles in the professional services/ technology industries (Big 4 experience a plus)Have experience growing a nascent and/or established territory. Successful track record in sales growthHave at least 4 years experience in delivering consulting/professional service solutionsSelf-driven with a record of establishing and delivering solutions to clientsExceptional teaming skills a mustGreat organizational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks.Ability to influence & collaborate at all levels.Ability to navigate & operate through ambiguityExperience & proven ability in planning and implementing large complex projectsAbility to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervisionAbility to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred qualifications and skillsEducationEducation: BA/BS in information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience.
