1. Person will be required to develop new features for the chatbot
2. Person will be required to fix bugs as per the release cycle
3. Person will be responsible to automate L1/L2 IT tickets using the bot framework
4. Person will be required to integrate chatbot with other applications using REST APIs
5. Person will be required to analyze incoming user queries in chatbot and assist with active learning
1. Person should be from BE computer science or equivalent background
3. Person should have knowledge of MySQL, Oracle or equivalent DBs
4. Person with knowledge on chatbots will be preferred
