Your Responsibilities :

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Execute provisions of assigned contracts in accordance with applicable processes, policies, procedures including full ownership and support for operational execution of membership, payment processing and contract setup.
  • Accurate setup and maintenance of customer records and identifiers for contracted members to ensure accurate product and pricing access, payment of rebates, chargeback processing, wholesaler notifications and government pricing calculations.
  • Ensure membership and rebate payments processes are managed with the appropriate supporting documentation to ensure a complete audit trail upholding internal\external compliance, legal requirements, policies and processes, including validations of direct and indirect sales\invoices. 
  • Resolve payment disputes, inquires, and uncashed/stale dated checks through research of internal systems and partnering with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure positive customer experience and support accurate payments. 
  • Apply expert knowledge of existing process, system functionality and capabilities to identify potential system solutions and drive process improvements.
  • The Contract Operations Purchase Based teams are responsible for operational execution of assigned GSK purchase-based contracts, rebate payment and chargeback processing across US and PR contract and wholesaler agreements. Assurance of accurate and timely payments to our trading partners in accordance to compliance, audit controls, policies and distribution agreements are critical to the on-going business operations and accuracy of government price reporting

    Basic Qualifications:

    We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • 3 to 5 years relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Audit, Business Systems and Analytics or other related area.
  • English level: Advanced
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, issues, reconcile payment disputes, recommend and implement solutions
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with complex data analysis experience.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

  • Contract Management, Rebates or Chargeback experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
  • SAP/Model N Revenue Manager system knowledge.
