As the Retention Manager for adobe.com, you will be strategizing and executing retention tactics to optimize a multi-billion-dollar Consumer business for Adobe. In this role you will help build the strategy and drive key initiatives to optimize customer retention journey spans key customer segments, business and products, including Student Creative Cloud Edition, Photoshop, and Rush.

As a natural leader, you will collaborate with product, analytics and marketing teams to deliver on growth opportunities and get stuff done. Your drive for results will ensure we beat quarterly targets and grow the business.
Build deep product-level insights and identify growth opportunities in key areas of the customer journey to help drive customer retention
Drive testing roadmap across surfaces based on and customer behavior insights for the retention business, working closely with Analytics, Customer Support and Marketing teams
Prioritize initiatives, ensuring the team is passionate about the activities that will generate the highest value to Adobe
Lead a team of specialists across marketing, product, eCommerce, and analytics functions to drive initiatives that lead to ARR growth – and deliver on quarterly growth targets
Break down barriers through outstanding relationship-building to ensure that progress is being made and objectives are met
Partner with global teams to ensure best solutions are shared and initiatives are rolled out globally where applicable
BS/BA with 5+ years marketing, software, high tech, or management consulting experience. M.B.A.a plus.
Demonstrable understanding of online commerce models and how to test and optimize customer experiences to deliver results
Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to collaborate across teams and build consensus
Demonstrated excellence in conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving – you love data, and asking the question “why”
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
Ability to influence & direct multi-functional teams without formal authority while also demonstrating leadership to successfully execute a sophisticated product or technical roadmap.
The desire and ability to advocate ground-breaking change and present supporting facts and data to back up your position.
Extraordinary communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels
Enjoy working in a highly dynamic work environment, and have global cultural awareness and experience with global teams
