Responsibilities: * Provides support for implementing new benefit plans/programs and implementing changes to existing ones.
Develop standard administrative processes or solutions that align recommendations with HRIS, HRIT, stakeholders, vendors, PSS, and Centers of Excellence.  * Leads and/or co-leads supporting cyclical benefits events and activities, such as annual open enrollment, dependent audits, and plan renewals.  * Implementation support: Develop implementation and integration strategies for new or changing benefits plans, providers, and processes; including, providing consultation and SME support to internal stakeholders and outside vendors.  * Conduct new program readiness assessments and develop/ implements training materials, tools, and resources.  * Participate in RFP in vendor selection activities, statement of work and SLA development, cultural onboarding, and integration of new benefits plans and providers into benefits ecosystem.  * Seeks continuous improvement, owns service quality at the process level, defines and monitors benefits administration critical to quality (KPI/SLA) metrics, performs root cause analysis on defects, and implements remediation; own continuous improvement strategy. * Responsible for employment decisions for the team, including resource planning, hiring, training, development, performance management, and progressive disciplinary actions.  * Lead, role model, and facilitate people processes in line with Roche Leadership commitments, People Practices, and policies.  * Through frequent check-ins, ensure that ongoing dialog occurs on Career, Capabilities, Connections, and Contributions.  * Build an engaging culture to attract and retain top talent.
Coach team members regarding their individual development and career plan. Key Attributes/Skills: * Extensive US Benefit Knowledge, experience with US Open Enrollments,  Workday experience a plus and COBRA plus applicable state and federal employment and labor laws and governmental compliance requirements * Fluent in English Required * Bachelor Degree Required * Experience in a shared service center, preferably in an HR services environment  * Ability to influence and work with key HR stakeholders to partner in achieving our strategy.  Ability to exert influence to create positive cultural change.  * Experience leading a team for more than two years * Proven track record of being able to deliver and work effectively  in a matrix organization  across geographies and divisions * Years of Experience in US Benefits and People Leadership 5+ years Core Capabilities include:  * Living customer centricity through your day-to-day interactions (incl.
