The Opportunity

Adobe's Lifecycle Marketing team is passionate about delivering impactful and effective marketing programs to our customers. Our goal is to drive long-term growth for Adobe through innovative, impactful and scalable marketing programs. We are looking for a motivated and creative marketing manager to join us in translating business goals into engaging customer experiences across email, in-product surfaces, and push notifications.

In this highly visible and cross-functional role, you’ll plan, build, and execute scalable, predictable and repeatable lifecycle programs that achieve growth targets while improving customer retention. In addition, you will collaborate on broader cross-functional campaigns and experiments with Product Growth, Product Marketing, Campaign Marketing, and Data Science Teams.

What you'll Do

  • Turn business goals and priorities into quarterly and annual marketing plans, gaining consensus across the organization
  • Build collaborative relationships with key business partners across Adobe, ranging from marketing peers to senior leadership
  • Drive sourced active use (SAU) while improving relevancy through experimentation and personalization
  • Develop and launch new lifecycle programs, optimize existing, and continuously iterate!
  • Harness technology for programmatic personalization at scale, utilizing APIs, machine-learning models and behavioral data to improve customer relevancy and revenue impact
  • Establish a measurement framework in partnership with our analytics team, refining success metrics and inputs that show impact of our programs
  • Build weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that quantify impact, identify trends, and encapsulate key initiatives, partnering with analytics team on ad-hoc analysis and deep dives
  • What you’ll need to succeed

  • Experience in email or performance marketing with an emphasis on personalization and experimentation, with the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
  • Robust analytical skills - quickly digesting large amounts of data, identifying trends and pursuing the right questions to take action
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting timelines with minimal oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an outstanding eye for detail
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent our team with integrity and self-sufficiency
  • 3+ year's experience, MBA or BA/BS degree
  • Tech or SaaS experience preferred, ideally in a multi-funnel or multi-vertical business model
