You will be responsible to support the Operations Manager with processes, systems management and general operations tasks as delegated. So, in this position, you will become very familiar with billing processes and reporting for a large, high-profile account and you will be someone with an analytic mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail.
Additionally, you will be in charge of: Buy negotiations Analyze media plans Compile flighting breakouts to share with networks Work with internal/external teams to get schedules trafficked Manage weekly rating weight Buy in in ADUs, change networks, checking network flow charts to system Strong understanding of all network schedules/properties Request pre-logs and post-logs from media vendors Verify that commercials aired accurately Execute turnkey added value (ie – schedule AV based on key flight weeks, provide vendors with assets) Confirm delivery of purchased media units Daily tracking of all schedules Issues post-buy details
Qualifications Advanced English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) Advanced Excel (conditional formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, others). 1-3 years accounts receivable and billing experience in a client services industry. Strong communication, analytics and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong team player with the ability to work on own initiative and occasionally unsupervised
