The role supporting the marketing department through reporting, statistical analysis and modelling. Individual will be primarily responsible for building and maintaining dashboards and analyzing current performance trends. This role will also help guide leadership by statistical analysis and modelling.
Support the Director of Marketing Analytics on efforts related to our professional education programs. This role will also be tasked with Ad-hoc analytics and Time Series analysis to forecast quarterly results. Main responsibilities are as follows: Define, create, and track metrics in Power BI to identify business trends (e.g. customer acquisition, retention, seasonality etc.) Write SQL, macros or scripts in order to automate reporting process Measure ROI and impact of education promotions, pilots and established programs Use Advanced Analytics to provide better predictive measurements of business performance (linear/logistic regression, segmentation, and A/B testing) Provide ad hoc analysis on an as needed basis in response to requests/recommendations Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
LANGUAGES Proficiency in English is desirable for this position.
Experience with data visualization tools, Power BI required Experience with statistical analysis packages, Python or R preferred Strong analytical skills (regression, modelling and forecasting) Experience with Excel (Pivots, Look-ups expected) Ability to work alone and directly with business partners
