A well stablished Online Casino has a great job opportunity for a Head of Retention in San Jose, Costa Rica, that will have overall responsibility for initiating and implementing retention strategies in order to retain, optimise and maximise player performance. Your key job responsibilities as the Head of Retention job in San Jose, Costa Rica:

  • Full responsibility for driving the company revenues and performance

  • Responsibility for managing retention budgets (including bonuses)

  • Responsibility for reporting against retention and company KPIs to both the COO and CEO

  • Key involvement in work plan and company budget planning processes

  • Overall responsibility for the development and implementation of brand promotions and campaigns

  • Planning and fully utilising any communication channels available, and taking a creative approach to optimise such channels

  • Focusing on market trends across mobile, tablet with emphasis on multi-platform

  • Managing change by applying change management concepts and methods to effectively implement organisational strategies in order to meet business objectives

  • Providing a consistent and effective process for the organisation to quickly adapt to changing business conditions including; communications, behavioural and motivational needs to achieve expected business results

  • Leading and inspiring the Retention Team to execute first class retention strategies, campaigns and methodologies across the company

  • Engaging the wider business in retention activity and informing the business on the insights and ROI driven from the strategies

Requirements for this Head of Retention job in San Jose, Costa Rica:

  • 4+ years’ proven managerial experience at a senior level

  • Educated to degree level in at least one of the following disciplines: Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Statistics

  • Extensive experience and understanding of online gaming marketing

  • Highly creative with a visionary approach to marketing

  • Proven experience and knowledge of CRM systems

  • Extensive knowledge and experience of retention tools and initiatives

  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills

  • Ability to work in a high pressure and dynamic environment
