  • Critiques customer specifications. Develops and executes project plans including program flows.
  • Develops mail population segments to meet customer marketing strategies.
  • Assesses and selects appropriate resources for program delivery.
  • Makes technical decisions on project direction and program processing using modeling specifications and techniques with advanced decision tree segmentation.
  • Serves as project manager for system scheduling, operational personnel and departments.
  • Conducts final quality analysis on projects, reviewing accuracy of output.
  • Managing large volume accounts
  • Prepares and processes project billing.
  • Provides technical consultation and expertise in the design and implementation of client projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years Customer Service-related experience.
  • Good knowledge of systems capabilities, software platforms and processes.
  • Good knowledge of database management concepts and principles.
  • Knowledge of PC office software and segmentation tools.
  • Excel Intermediate
  • Excellent English, both oral and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational and project management skills.
  • Good understanding of Experian business rules relative to CPMS batch products and services.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of all CPMS batch products and services.
