Responsibilities:
Responsible enough to work with minimum supervision and provide good results
Responsible for reporting process changes
Responsible for documenting changes to guarantee knowledge transfer
Responsible for process daily situations in regards to delivery the customer commitments
Document all cases and inquiries accurately using Tracking Systems
Give the customers proper follow up in order to meet HP's customer satisfaction standards
Knowledge of Training Material
Provide high quality customer service in every case
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and clients
Education and Experience Required:
Typically 2+ years experience in directly related business
High School Degree
English (fluent spoken and written)
Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel (Beginner)
Microsoft Office
Knowledge and Skills:
Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry Need basic organizational, analytical and communication skills
Sales skills, Customer Service skills, able to deliver results against objectives; Accelerating Change;
Communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); Conflict resolution; Negotiation skills; People skills.
