Responsibilities:

  • Responsible enough to work with minimum supervision and provide good results

  • Responsible for reporting process changes

  • Responsible for documenting changes to guarantee knowledge transfer

  • Responsible for process daily situations in regards to delivery the customer commitments

  • Document all cases and inquiries accurately using Tracking Systems

  • Give the customers proper follow up in order to meet HP's customer satisfaction standards

  • Knowledge of Training Material

  • Provide high quality customer service in every case

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and clients

  • Education and Experience Required:

  • Typically 2+ years experience in directly related business

  •  High School Degree 

  •  English (fluent spoken and written)

  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel (Beginner)

  • Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge and Skills:

  • Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry Need basic organizational, analytical and communication skills

  • Sales skills, Customer Service skills, able to deliver results against objectives; Accelerating Change;

  • Communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); Conflict resolution; Negotiation skills; People skills.
