Education and Experience Required:
Typically 2+ years experience in directly related business
High School Degree
English (fluent spoken and written)
Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel (Beginner)
Knowledge and Skills:
Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry Need basic organizational, analytical and communication skills
Sales skills, Customer Service skills, able to deliver results against objectives; Accelerating Change;
Communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); Conflict resolution; Negotiation skills; People skills.
