Today we invite you to join the team and begin your career as a Assembly Manufacturing Supervisor as a manager set priorities for the team get results across boundaries ensure an inclusive work environment develop employees and manage performance. Responsible for supervising the activities of product teams or staff in a manufacturing area Assesses personnel and material levels to determine production schedules. Assigns personnel and monitors the flow of work in process through the manufacturing facility. Higher job levels establish operating policies and procedures coordination of multiple functions within a manufacturing facility establishing strategic plans to ensure production schedules are met within established quality and cost objectives. Responsible for overall safety of personnel company assets and the surrounding environment. Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non repetitive analytical work. Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
Note: These positions are for Night Shifts from Sunday to Wednesday OR Wednesday to Saturday.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors or Licentiate Degree in Industrial / Production, Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronics Electro mechanics OR Computer Engineering
5 years of experience in Manager Positions: manufacturing, engineering, supply chain operational excellence in teams responsible of accomplishing operational and technical objectives and continuous improvement
5 years of experience in manufacturing environment
Advanced English Level
Willing to travel
Preferred Qualifications
Problem Solving Methodologies
Data analysis JMP SQL pathfinder others
LEAN and Six Sigma
Assembly Experience
Demonstrated proficiency on manufacturing systems in a dynamic environment
Soft Skills Behavioral Traits
Demonstrated discipline attentiveness to detail and the ability to work under limited supervision is required
Must be capable of handling multiple assignments in a timely manner while meeting assigned deadlines
Must have strong communication skills
