Job Description


  • Work with all the Media Capability Directors and with the Media Capability SVP to establish specific goals and KPIs that indicate success and ensure tactics help achieve those goals
  • Make tactical strategic recommendations on how to help clients achieve their goals through Media PGD service line capabilities
  • Provide strategic recommendations for optimizing and improving tactics specific to Medi PGD service lines on an ongoing basis
  • Leverage expertise from our team to help influence strategic direction and decisions
  • Team Management

  • Responsible for keeping a pulse on your team's workload and elevating accordingly when team members are under/over resourced
  • Ensure team members are aware of relevant tasks, deadlines, and requirements
  • Support team members in motivating them to deliver their best work
  • Inform the team of pertinent updates, both capability and client-related, relevant to the projects they’re working on
  • Confirm team members are hitting capability, individual and team goals.
  • Communicate and propose solutions to your Media Capability SVP if you feel your team is not on track to hit their goals
  • Project Management

  • Responsible for ensuring projects and tasks are completed on time and on budget
  • Continuously audit service line project management processes and suggest improvements
  • Utilize service line process documents, tools, and trackers to support you in successfully managing projects
  • Communicate with Onshore teams to ensure projects are laddering up to the client's overarching goals and business objectives
  • Proactively communicate when you foresee any potential project risks or concerns and work together to come up with a solution
  • Translate tactical strategy into a task-based project plan focused on reaching capability or client goals
  • Ensure proper project documentation is being completed at every phase and evolve as needed
  • Understand the health and status of your projects at all times
  • Manage media capabilities and client expectations and ensure understanding of project status and project timeline at all times
  • Manage day-to-day relationships for field capability and clients, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Qualifications

  • Background in Media and passionate about staying informed of new technologies and applying them to our teams and client work
  • 5+ years’ experience managing Media teams at scale
  • Experienced in cross-team collaboration with Digital Media, Media TAAG, Commerce Media, Media Admin & Finance, Traditional Media Stakeholders
  • Experience in developing and delivering professional weekly status reports for multiple projects, change management oversight, coordination, and communication, and monthly rhythm of the business presentations that provide project status, issues, risks, mitigation plans, and timelines to senior management
  • Ability to create and maintain release schedule and process flows and diagrams
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of managed services developers and business owners
  • Own and manage end to end scenarios with stakeholders and data
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
