The internship may include assisting with:

  • reviewing compliance initiatives,

  • drafting and managing contracts and templates,

  • updating company policies,

  • legal research and writing

  • and more!

    • Position Requirements:

  • Pursuing a graduate degree (JD or LLM) at an accredited law school with a strong academic record

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to research legal and business issues and learn new concepts quickly

  • Takes initiative and can handle multiple projects simultaneously to completion

  • Positive and team-oriented attitude

  • Previous legal internship and/or business-related work experience, particularly in the technology sector
