General Summary:

The Syniverse Global Services team is seeking a Business Process Advisor.

The company’s product groups address the areas of connectivity, messaging, mobile marketing, roaming, partner management, and fraud and revenue assurance, and they are centered on the concept of cloud-based real-time intelligence.

In this role, you will report into the Director of Global Services. The role requires an individual with good consulting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partner with Operations, Product and Sales to develop assessments of customer processes, evaluating their effectiveness. Specifically, these will focus on customers’ Strategic Mobile Engagement and Mobile Messaging Campaigns.
• Work with customers to understand their measures of success and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide recommendations for optimizing these processes for our customers
• Maintain strong knowledge of industry products, services, and technologies, understanding their application to Syniverse products and services.
• Research industry data and best practices – apply understanding to assessments and solutions


The qualifications we are looking for are considered a mix of work experience and education.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Mobile experience
• Mobile marketing experience
• 4+ years of consulting, process, mobile, and/or analyst experience.

Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance or other relevant field.
• Mobile engagement platform experience.
• Mobile Roaming
• Customer success experience

Soft Skills:
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal); strong customer communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
• Strong control and follow-up skills.
• Ability to quickly develop effective working relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.
• Knowledge of mobile technology, digital marketing experience preferred.
