Job Description

The Project Manager, Customer Solutions will be based in San Jose ,CA. This position will be responsible for managing proactive and transformational proposals, customer campaigns, and Rfx projects. Lead customer research for proactive proposals, coverage model development and vertical / solution development.

    • Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

  • Develop compelling proposals in PowerPoint for customer opportunities as part of the Proactive Proposal and RFI/RFP processes
  • Lead Proactive Proposal, Transformational Proposal and Campaign projects
  • Conduct detailed market research on customers, markets and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
  • Support market strategy and coverage model development by researching relevant customers, markets and technical requirements.
  • Support solution and vertical marketing activities such as go-to-market and campaign planning.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and present materials to key stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain relationship between BD / GAM teams and the Proactive Proposal group and provide efficient, comprehensive support.

    • Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in project management, operations, supply chain OR similar position
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop relationships and work with employees at all levels including executive leadership across a wide variety of company functions.

  • Passionate about project design & lifecycle management
  • Presentation skills, strong knowledge in power point
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
