    • Job Role and Responsibilities:

    We are searching for a self-starter who is focused on delivering high quality work, and has excellent English written grammar, acute attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving ability and flexibility. As a part of the VMware Global License Advisory Services Team, the Junior Communications and Report Collection Specialist will focus on obtaining and processing license deployment reports from Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) customers as part of the ELA expiration process.

  • Monitor email alias mailbox, perform necessary tasks to document information and address inquiries, and prioritize urgent requests to ensure quick response
  • Analyze customer’s install base and deployment reports
  • File and process incoming customer deployment reports
  • Manage and perform periodic maintenance on records and documentation within internal Outlook Public Folders and Sharepoint folders
  • Document all relevant contract information into QuickBase
  • Generate reports from multiple systems
  • Learn and apply the appropriate internal company policies
  • Identify, research and compare customer contracts
  • Communicate reporting obligations to customers and internal sources
  • Address inquiries from global customers and internal teams in an accurate and timely manner
  • Facilitate conference calls with customers, resellers and internal sources

    • Required Skills:

  • Available to start July, 2021
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, Finance, Law, Accounting, or relevant field of study
  • Strong interpersonal skills, incl. good communication with the ability to articulate ideas in a precise and concise manner
  • Ability to think creatively, take ownership of tasks and adapt to changing business requirements
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills, both in Spanish and English

    • Preferred Skills:

  • MS Excel, Outlook, Access, Oracle or related systems and tools skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Ability working with cross functional teams
  • Enterprise level experience and comfortable with executive-level management interaction
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical competency
  • Fascination with information technology and its use in business
