Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or current student of Business Administration, Economics, or a similar major.

  • Oral and written knowledge of English at a fluid level.

  • Preferred experience in coordination and other administrative activities preferred with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Strong good customer service background

  • Ability to manage customer/stakeholder expectations

  • High attention to detail

  • Well-developed communications skills; written and oral fluency in English

  • Solid problem-solving orientation, ability to work in a fast-paced, team and customer-oriented environment

  • Responsibilities

  • Manage the request intake from the system in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate, assign requests accordingly to the entire assigned team; handle and create follow-up requests and time extensions needed by this team

  • Liaise with onshore team/client for any internal support required on requests

  • Track case codes and follow-up with requestors when codes are missing

  • Making sure that request capacity is filled for all off-shore researchers.
