The Payroll Process Lead North America will provide human resources services for businesses or functions, executing a variety of operational processes and procedures, products and services, systems and tools within our business services work streams. In this role, you will work as subject matter authority to resolve complex inquiries across the region.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Create and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures for current processes to identify areas of improvement. Prepare operational reports for monthly close and follow up on the related tasks and questions to deliver solutions. Assist the employees regarding different human resources processes to provide support on the related issues and follow up with customers on unanswered questions. Handle monthly conversations with partners, attend to meetings related to human resources specific process and plan activities to guarantee deliverable deadlines. Monitor team performance and metrics to ensure business needs are met and proactively propose process improvements. Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting, business administration, finance or related field or equivalent experience Minimum of two years of related work experience Advance English level C1
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of human resources methodologies Exposure to human resources tools and related applications such as SAP or PeopleSoft. Proficient in customer service and shared services tools used in service request resolution Previous experience in partner management Advanced level of Excel
