Position Overview:

Focus, Scope, & Impact: 


This role is responsible for supporting and challenging the PEC or COL&VZLA or CAR&CAM Franchise Unit in implementing the commercial strategy and developing actionable commercial insights at market level.  This will be achieved by:   

  • Pulling data & insights from Insights and Analysis, Operations Planning and BTO/EWI functions to identify granular regional opportunities and create actionable commercial levers at market level. 

  • Identifying strategic projects in support of the growth goals for the Franchise PEC or COL&VZLA or CAR&CAM and managing the Franchise strategic project portfolio, working with Franchise teams and OU functions 

  • Collaborating with Franchise PEC or COL&VZLA or CAR&CAM and Commercial to adjust execution strategy 

  • Support Franchise and Strategic Integration PEC or COL&VZLA or CAR&CAM on system end-to-end alignment process with Bottlers at local level.  

Scope:

  • LA OU –Strategic Integration Central Operations – CAR&CAM.

  • Multiple Countries – Central America and Caribbean.

  • Profile: Leader of others with a total team of 2 associates & Indirect influences operation franchise teams of the CAR&CAM Operation.

Work Focus:

  • Development of actionable compelling commercial insights, strategies and initiatives at the market level.

  • Usage of fact-based, strategic approach to identify the insights, strategies and leading-edge solutions to boost local/granular commercial strategy, with actionable commercial levers. 

  • Support end to end alignment process with Bottlers.  

  • Capture and network best practices, import and export good ideas. 

  • Manage uncertainty and multiple stakeholders .


Related Work Experience:

  • +12 years of Business and/or functional experience in Operation/Strategy related areas  

  • Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers 

  • People manager with excellent leadership capability, able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator and influencer.

  • Franchise leadership/negotiation: to drive better conversations into practical applications. 

  • Problem framing and problem-solving: ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross functional complex analysis, initiatives, or efforts.

  • Systemic thinking: Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and global capabilities implementation. Being comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to challenge the status quo. 

Broad Expertise In (Good To Have): 

  • Synthesis and storytelling: Communicate, influence and convince stakeholders through a structured, fact base and action-oriented storytelling. 

  • Innovation and taking different approach. 

  • Adaptability/flexibility: Comfortable with ambiguity. 

  • Organization and focus: prioritize through a pragmatic fact-based approach, handling trade-offs, balancing immediate and long-term priorities. 

  • External focus: (Agile and CPI external network of practitioners).

Communication Focus:

  • Multiple interactions and negotiations with management team members of KO system  

  • Negotiation, influence and communication skills to align strategies as well as build value-based relationships through numerous sensitive situations (typically with bottler) are essential 

  • Write and present effectively; adjust to fit the audience with appropriate and relevant messaging
