Become part of an amazing People & Culture team at Snap! We're looking for a Manager, People Operations to guide the delivery and execution of operational excellence through consistent people processes and systems. 

Leading a team, the Manager, People Operations is accountable to advance the development of our people processes, systems, practices, engagement and total rewards solutions across the organization. Ultimately, ensuring that there are systems and processes in place to enable the organizational priorities.

The Job…

  • Implement & execute overall People Operations strategy, provide direction & guidelines for the Operations team to advance the development of people practices, solutions and services across the company
  • Lead a team providing first-line assistance to team members on general people matters, answer questions & provide standard policy/procedural information
  • Support the development and improvement of people procedures, guidelines and processes; ensuring compliance
  • Accountable to implement and administer the benefit and compensation plans, including evaluating the effectiveness of the total rewards programs and recommending improvements
  • Support the compensation strategy; working with ADP and other outsourced consultants
  • Evaluate the Benefits strategy for Costa Rica
  • Accountable for Benefits Open Enrollment in Costa Rica
  • Perform problem resolution on matters pertaining to employment, compensation and benefits
  • Lead regular audits within the following systems to confirm accuracy and implement actions to minimize errors
  • Termination Documentation in Costa Rica to ensure legal compliance
  • Administer the Private Insurance requirements in Costa Rica
  • Lead, collaborate and partner on people operations projects; such as Return to Workplace
  • Serve as contact person regarding office operations and office planning in Costa Rica
  • Play a leading role in office space management, including the anticipation of office space needs and managing office moves; while ensuring safety in the workplace in Costa Rica
  • Build orientation and onboarding materials and processes that are reflective of the culture for the company
  • Lead the Employee Engagement strategies and organizational health surveys in Costa Rica
  • Strongly-partner and collaborate with PX Business Partners, Manager, People Operations (USA); and other internal partners

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, or HR related field
  • Have a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Have knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Possess leadership ability
  • Have outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Possess excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Have demonstrated strong project management skills
  • Have ability to solve problems complex in nature and make recommendations
  • Have ability to work proactively and positively as part of a team acting with a sense of urgency
  • Have solid working knowledge of the major elements of Human Resources and its systems and processes
  • Are able to work effectively as a positive and collaborative team player
