Job Summary

The IT manager is responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading internal IT-related activities for Auxis operations. This role will be responsible for implementing and supporting systems to fulfill the organization's requirements.


  • Manage internal information technology systems and operations
  • Provide operational leadership for lifecycle management, including selection, implementation, systems administration, configuration, maintenance, upgrade, and enhancement of key business applications (e.g. MS 365, MS Teams, Sharepoint, Power BI Platform, Exactus, etc.).
  • Ensure that the design, development, and maintenance of all business solutions delivered to the Auxis corporate meet business requirements..
  • Work as a Project Manager on corporate projects both on the IT side and business side.
  • Oversee the delivery of IT Support services to Auxis Corporate by the Auxis ITO team; including network management, operations, and support; data center management, operations, support; service desk management, operations; telecommunications management and support.
  • Develop process improvements and small-scale automations to contribute to organization performance.
  • Manage Internal IT Staff
  • End User Support, BI, Database and Business Applications.
  • Recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
  • Manage Auxis Corporate IT Governance
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
  • Develop and maintain Internal Project Governance and chairing of the Steering Committee.
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
  • Manage and support annual external IT control audits.
  • Evaluate technology risks to develop IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans.
  • Manager internal IT budget and procurement process
  • Capex and Opex.
  • Select and purchase new and replacement hardware & software, when necessary.
  • Manage department administrative duties such as budgeting planning and control, IT procurement, policy and procedures and IT related contracts.
  • Liaise with Auxis BPO clients to ensure smooth migration and ongoing IT operations
  • Skills and Experience

    Must Haves

  • 5+ years’ experience as an IT Manager,
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and software systems
  • Bachelor’s Degree Information Technology, with an emphasis on business information systems or computer science
  • Experiencing managing and supporting business applications, especially ERPs, business intelligence, collaboration and knowledge management etc.
  • Proven track record of being able to understand business requirements and match these to system capabilities,
  • Fluency in English (strong oral and written communication skills) – 85%+
  • Strong Microsoft Experience, especially with application such as Microsoft 365, MS Teams SharePoint, and Power BI
  • Knowledge in business process automation its benefits and applications
  • Experience managing team performance metrics and presenting to upper management
  • Strong Project Management, Customer Relationship skills and used to working under pressure with tight deadlines
  • People-management skills coupled with strong communication & presentation skills are essential for this role.

  • Strong experience on implementation of IT Governance and best practices
  • Knowledge and experience with Exactus
  • Knowledge and/or Training on best practices or IT frameworks, such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and COBIT.
