Job Summary

A successful credentialing analyst is highly detailed and excited about innovation. This team member is critical to supporting our clients who wish to access Westlaw Public Records and CLEAR products content. The credentialing analyst is accountable to completing credentialing activities and determining the appropriate level of access to the restricted content. The ideal team member can execute regulated process, yet is comfortable looking for ways to make partnership with other areas of the business simpler so we can move faster toward our company’s growth goals while delivering a positive experience for our customers. This means identifying common delays in the process and digging in to find out the root cause of those delays, to then offer analysis-based recommendations for process improvement and simplification.

Core Responsibilities

  • Credential customers who are NTO and/or purchased People Map product following standard business processes.
  • Handle issuance of access categories in a timely manner.
  • Maintain standards of quality and productivity for all transactions as determined by area audit processes.
  • Act as a business resource to internal/ external customers addressing routine and non-standard issues ensuring credentialing guidelines and business needs are met.
  • Initiate re-credentialing of customers as defined.
  • Participate in the quarterly reviewing of the Standard Operating Process (SOP).
  • Attend and apply ongoing training to further develop knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Assist with projects as needed or assist on phones/ orders as needed.
  • Generate and retrieve data for reporting purposes as requested.
  • Required Skills & Experience

    The following skills are required for success in this role:

  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal. candidates will be tested before setting up an interview.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Clear and effective communication skills focused on excellent customer service
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Strong IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, potential use of automation tools)
  • Keen interest in partnering and building relationships
  • Excited about innovation
  • Desirable Experience

    The following experience is desirable but not essential for success in this role:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or order management role
  • Prior experience with SAP
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
