Job DescriptionJob Summary
A successful credentialing analyst is highly detailed and excited about innovation. This team member is critical to supporting our clients who wish to access Westlaw Public Records and CLEAR products content. The credentialing analyst is accountable to completing credentialing activities and determining the appropriate level of access to the restricted content. The ideal team member can execute regulated process, yet is comfortable looking for ways to make partnership with other areas of the business simpler so we can move faster toward our company’s growth goals while delivering a positive experience for our customers. This means identifying common delays in the process and digging in to find out the root cause of those delays, to then offer analysis-based recommendations for process improvement and simplification.
