The Opportunity

The IT Program Management Office was established to enable timely and predictable delivery of IT value through consistent governance, repeatable processes and self-service insights sought at reducing risk. As an IT PMO Program Manager, you will plan and execute strategic programs, continuously improve tools and templates and provide key insights to drive successful delivery.

Oversees the people who lead internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Manages and prioritizes the project stream, working with internal customers to determine project definition and business requirements. Provides budget analysis, resource allocation and coordination of project activities that may be across functional areas within the organization. Assigns and monitors work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on-time and within budget. Monitors reliability and any internal issues that appear as a result of the project. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

What you'll Do

  • Responsible for planning and executing Adobe’s IT Strategic programs
  • Use a consistent execution approach, partner with Business and Functional partners to get results
  • Develop and strengthen relationships across all areas of Adobe, partnering with the BSSI Lead, sponsoring business units, functional executives, Enterprise Architecture to ensure integrations are planned and executed optimally
  • Drive everyday execution of projects and programs, including leading team meetings to ensure plans remain relevant and are being executed
  • Oversight of Project financial planning and management; establishing budgets, tracking actuals to plan
  • Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into updated integration processes and tools (playbooks)
  • Assist in building presentations & PMO related documentation
  • Provide insights into the IT Portfolio that will reduce risk and improve predictability
  • Enable “outstanding” program execution process for Adobe!
  • What you need to succeed

  • 5 - 7+ years of Project Management experience
  • BS or MS in Information Systems Management or Related Technical Field.
  • Strong customer/partner engagement focus
  • Basic Agile Experience
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with key partners and work well in a highly collaborative environment
  • Strong communication skills, ability to facilitate meetings
  • Effective change manager, attention to detail (without getting stuck in the weeds), problem solver, hardworking, bold, and willing to be hands on
  • Keep up to date on program management standard methodologies, tools and innovations through formal or informal study, reading business and professional publications, networking and participation in professional organizations
