Adobe Sign is one of the fastest-growing businesses at Adobe! As a Senior Product Marketing Manager on the Document Cloud Enterprise team, you will be responsible for driving Adobe Sign go-to-market initiatives, including: leading strategic projects to drive business growth; developing global sales plays, sales/marketing programs or incentives; and supporting/ensuring effective sales execution. You will work with many cross-functional teams globally, including sales, corporate marketing, product marketing, product management, finance, and back-office operation teams.

Your deep knowledge of GTM practices across enterprise customers, coupled with your proven experience leading initiatives to deliver success will serve you well. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B/enterprise customers, using data and marketing insights to find the best way to drive the business, with the ability to think big about how the Document Cloud enterprise segment can evolve. S/he should be a self-starter that can balance strategy with day-to-day running the business aspects, highly organized, and able to seamlessly prioritize a dynamic workload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with global sales leaders to acquire market insights and corporate IT & back-office team to understand how business transacts, come up with GTM plan, and ensure the execution
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams, such as enterprise sales leaders, finance, sales ops, marketing, and back-office operations to build sales/marketing programs, or offers/incentives to drive Adobe Sign enterprise business growth. Enable sales and field team as needed.
  • Analytics skills to track and interpret key performance metrics such as pipeline, coverage, ASV, TAM progress, etc. to assess the health of the business by working with finance, analysts, and sales operations team worldwide. Build an action plan to address identified weaknesses.
  • Partner with the finance and business analytics team to build and distribute regular reports/dashboards for key KPIs/metrics
  • Qualifications/Experience

  • 7+ years of product marketing or go to market experience in the enterprise SaaS space.
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization through relationship-building in a fast-paced, growth environment
  • Hands-on ability to lead/manage complex, high-business impact, and cross-functional projects and deliver on time
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively engage with the global sales team to get insights and apply the findings to sales plays/next GTM motions
  • Strong problem-solving skill – proven ability to structure complex problems, develop and implement solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication - ability to tell story to obtain consensus to drive task/projects
  • Self-starter, independent, proactive, results-oriented, hard worker, a high degree of motivations to go above and beyond the task at hand, and a sense of humor.
  • MBA preferred but not required
