We are hiring Senior CustomerService Representatives to manage customer queries and complaints.

Customer Service RepresentativeResponsibilities:

  • Maintaininga positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respondingpromptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicatingwith customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledgingand resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowingour products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processingorders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keepingrecords of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicatingand coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providingfeedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensurecustomer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Customer Service RepresentativeRequirements:

  • Highschool diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
  • Comfortableusing computers.
  • Experienceworking with customer support.
  • UpperIntermediate English Level
