Our responsibilities include all aspects of the region including operations in the US, Canada and Latin America. We are seeking a Seller Acquisition manager, who is passionate about the Consumer 2 Consumer business and the seller/buyer End 2 End journey from acquisition to retention. Key Responsibilities: Translate the c2c strategy into seller acquisition including incentives, engagement and retention activities and programs to grow the c2c business Work close with the monetization and promotion team on the right incentives for the right user segments when it comes to acquisition, retention or frequency activities. Working with the Customer Experience Manager on market research, Customer Service and Product to translate the customer feedback into the right customer language Support the Marketing Manager on GTM strategy to execution, working cross functionally with regional teams, Product, Analytics, Research, PR to bring customer acquisition and engagement plans to life. Develop C2C calendars and marketing/promotion playbooks with clearly defined results, timelines, resources, and dependencies Partner with the Marketing Manager on the execution of plans that maps back to the vertical strategy and deliver the optimal end-to-end customer journey. Share C2C feedback on marketing briefs and roadmaps and guide creative development of campaigns Supervise and communicate progress on plans, roadblocks and mitigation approaches Capture and synthesize results, findings and standard methodology to enable continuous improvement in marketing and promotion plans and outcomes and own reporting and metrics Stakeholder management: collaborate closely with the relevant leads in other markets in the marketing and promotion teams, developing alignment on plans and learning opportunities Preferred Qualifications BS required 5+ years in marketing or operations management in an eCommerce/c2c environment Ability to synthesize information to understand big picture while managing detail Creative problem-solving and analytical skills and outstanding business judgment Strong project management skills with experience successfully delivering complex projects Analytic skills and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources Executive-level presentation and communication skills Successfully manage & build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the globe Ability to wear different hats and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment Distinctive time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload Excellent academic qualifications Ability to navigate and influence a matrix organization across geographies Intellectual curiosity, passion for problem-solving, and comfort with ambiguity Benefits: Benefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day.
