The Opportunity:

This is a manager position responsible for the cross-sell targets of Ecommerce (Magento) and Digital Foundation Growth Segment Install base accounts. This role is a key manager role in the Growth Segment.

You will be responsible for creating a new team of sellers, who will cross-sell into the DX Commercial customer install base. Because this motion is being set up for the first time in 2021, it will require you to design the lead flow, forecasting process/tooling, matrix of responsibilities, and teaming across the BDR teams, Value Success Managers, and three CRM systems in place today.

This role needs an experienced sales manager who is an innovative problem solver and hands on in designing teams. We invite you to apply if this sounds like you.

What you will do:

  • Create a new cross-selling motion for the DX Commercial customer install base
  • Build a team to cross-sell Ecommerce and Digital Foundation
  • Design and refine the creation and flow of leads from Demand Generation to BDRs to the Growth Teams.
  • Work with sales ops to determine the best CRM system for processing customer orders with the different product groupings
  • Design and refine the forecasting of New ASV across Customer Success Group
  • Partner closely with Value Success Manager leadership teams to ensure that we are optimizing the opportunity to go after new ASV.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Support, Solution Consultants, and Professional Services to close deals.
  • Travel as needed to close business (post COVID)
  • What you'll need to succeed:

  • Experience managing sales teams
  • Experience forecasting sales and RBOB new ASV
  • Experience with Customer Success Teams
  • 4+ years of on-quota sales experience selling solutions in the DX space
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and fluid environment
  • Teamwork, good communication, and internal partnership skills are a must
  • Results oriented
  • Experience managing both Customer Success and Enterprise Software account management teams
  • Deep understanding with cross-selling Adobe DX solutions
  • Sales team design experience
