The Opportunity

As the Adobe Sign PMM team, we build and execute on B2B business and marketing strategies to drive exponential growth in small, medium and mid-market segments with phones, reseller, and partner channels.

What you'll Do

Lead marketing strategy and execution with phones, reseller, and partner channels. Experience driving results, driving launches and leading cross-functional teams across the marketing and sales funnel: with demand generation, lead qualification, sales enablement, sales motions, tracking and measurement of performance.

This includes:

Customer, market and competitive analysis: Analyze behavioral metrics, market/competitive data, and customer research to identify growth and improvement opportunities across business, product, and marketing. Conduct primary customer research as needed.

Strategic growth : Identify strategic growth unlocks and drive progress against growth initiatives. Develop business cases, evaluate market opportunities, analyze financials and customer data, identify priorities, and push and execute for progress through Adobe teams.

Develop strategies to win businesses in SMB/Mid-Market. This includes (but is not limited to) targeting, positioning, business models, pricing, packaging, sales, channel, and product strategies.

Evaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities

Partner and influence: Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to develop and execute sales plays and programs.

Communicate and influence with impact: Present to cross-functional teams and senior leadership to sell ideas and influence to action

Program Execution: Drive execution of specific sales, marketing and business initiatives, as needed to meet business demands

You

  • Are a full stack B2B marketing athlete with capabilities and experience across customer insights development, analysis, strategy creation, cross-functional team leadership and coordination, and program execution
  • Have a deep understanding of your customers and market landscape and can influence and channel that into action throughout an organization
  • Are a change agent who will strive to improve against status quo
  • Are a close partner with your sales teams, resellers and sales leadership
  • Are both a strategist and a do-er
  • Can flexibly jump from one priority to another as business conditions and needs change
  • Qualifications / Experience

  • BA/BS with strong performance in quantitative coursework and analytical problem-solving; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing and cloud / SaaS business models; experience with product management a plus
  • Analytical and strategic - proven ability to think strategically about sophisticated issues, and keen ability to evaluate alternatives and make compelling recommendations based on business case analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional leadership skills - able to collaborate and influence senior management and teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams.
  • Ability to balance strategic, conceptual and analytical thinking with deep customer insight and understanding of underlying motivations.
  • Success in influencing cross-functional teams in a large, matrixed organization as well as being hands-on in a startup or ambitious environment
  • Self-motivated, biased towards action, inventive - willing to roll up one’s sleeves to get it done and able to think differently to unlock paths to progress
  • Grit and comfort working with ambiguity – You have proven perseverance toward a lofty goal through serious obstacles and adversity
