As the Adobe Sign PMM team, we build and execute on B2B business and marketing strategies to drive exponential growth in small, medium and mid-market segments with phones, reseller, and partner channels.
What you'll Do
Lead marketing strategy and execution with phones, reseller, and partner channels. Experience driving results, driving launches and leading cross-functional teams across the marketing and sales funnel: with demand generation, lead qualification, sales enablement, sales motions, tracking and measurement of performance.
Customer, market and competitive analysis: Analyze behavioral metrics, market/competitive data, and customer research to identify growth and improvement opportunities across business, product, and marketing. Conduct primary customer research as needed.
Strategic growth : Identify strategic growth unlocks and drive progress against growth initiatives. Develop business cases, evaluate market opportunities, analyze financials and customer data, identify priorities, and push and execute for progress through Adobe teams.
Develop strategies to win businesses in SMB/Mid-Market. This includes (but is not limited to) targeting, positioning, business models, pricing, packaging, sales, channel, and product strategies.
Evaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities
Partner and influence: Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to develop and execute sales plays and programs.
Communicate and influence with impact: Present to cross-functional teams and senior leadership to sell ideas and influence to action
Program Execution: Drive execution of specific sales, marketing and business initiatives, as needed to meet business demands
