- Develop effective strategies to increase sales on vacation rentals.

- Communicate essential information to owners in order to keep them up to date.

- Identify the specific needs of existing and potential customers.

- Provide solutions that ensure profitability through total customer satisfaction.

- Identify customer needs on a daily basis.

- Assist guest prior to their arrival and during their stay.

- Coordinate with other departments when last minutes requests from guests occur.

- Perform site inspections to the property and villas already scheduled with direct clients.

- Perform site inspections of the Villas on the Rental Pool to ensure the well maintenance of woods, appliances, walls, floors and furniture.
