POSITION OVERVIEW

The HR Administrator performs a full range of human resource administration for the Americas. Primarily responsible for HBF Link maintenance, employee onboarding/exiting, policy and training administration and business reporting.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Complete HR Shared Services and HR Systems tickets within the designated Service Level Agreement. This includes the following duties:HBF Link: Initiate new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, demotions, non-periodic increases, one-time payments and leave status updates. Design and run HBF Link reports based on ticket request data. Monitor HBF Link changes to ensure processes are completed appropriately. Submit tickets to HCM as needed.Open Hire (ATS): Enter job requisitions in the ATS and monitor approvals to ensure requisitions are completedOffer Letters: Create offer lettersRelocation: Initiate relocation approvals in the vendor portal.SAP: Perform requisition support as per the ticket request type
  • Administer US Benefit programs as assigned.
  • Implement needed organizational changes and restructures in HBF Link.
  • Ensure electronic employee file documents are properly stored within HBFLink.
  • Support acquisitions through HBF Link entry.
  • New Hire Support: prepare and send new hire documentation via cloud document provider. Initiate pre-employment screening and monitor for completion. Communicate concerns on results to HR Partners as they arise.
  • Support HR Directors and Business Partners with policy questions and employee file/history related questions. Train new HRD’s and HRP’s on HBF Link as needed.
  • Supports business leaders on global automated HR processes for assigned groups.
  • Liaison on company policies, procedures and guidelines for employees.
  • Maintain employee digital master files and respond to requests for employee file information.
  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS,

    Standard: High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of relevant administration experience. Two-year degree or certification a plus. Workday experience required. Strong computer skills to include: Excel, Word, email and other business support systems (i.e. SAP, ATS, cloud document service provider, online portals, etc.). Experience working with highly confidential, sensitive information.

    Internal Option: High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years H.B. Fuller experience in an analyst or support role. Strong computer skills to include: Excel, Word, email and other business support systems (i.e. SAP, ATS, online portals, etc.). Experience working with highly confidential, sensitive information.

  • Trends in market & Industry/legal: Knows local HR regulations and ensures compliance at a local level. Is familiar with all HR policies and procedures.
  • Organizing: Highly organized process driven thinker. Can prioritize activities to effectively manage workload and balance stakeholder needs. Arranges information and files in a useful manner.
  • Problem Solving: Independently finds creative solutions to issues within their area. Able to select from a number of alternatives the most appropriate action to solve a problem.
