ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?

The Order to Cash Associate is responsible for delivering Best In-Class OTC processes, while managing a team of talented, ensuring timely processing of requests in accordance with SOX requirements. With a thorough understanding of Order to Cash processes, the Order to Cash Junior Associate is responsible for the identification of areas for continuous improvement to drive productivity and strengthen the control environment across the OTC function. The role will combine good Credit and Collections knowledge with communication skills and managerial capabilities.

Reports to:  Order to Cash Manager

Geographic Scope:  US

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Ensure compliance with all Global Collection policies and procedures with emphasis to address any local specifics and requirements as needed.
  • Implement strategies to meet and improve KPIs and SLAs.
  • Drive high levels of process standardization and process efficiency into the processes under scope.
  • Identify and manage ways to maximize team´s potential
  • Always look for ways to automate, simplify or improve the processes.
  • Manage multiple customer accounts for debt collection efforts.
  • Achieving individual monthly cash targets
  • Ensure compliance with collections policies and procedures (SOX, SOD policy and authorization matrix)

    • ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

    Experience required

  • 3-4 years collections OTC experience (cash operations, credit knowledge can be an asset) in leadership roles.
  • Leadership for big reporting groups
  • Good knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Knowledge of SOx Controls
  • Coordinate and complete audits Internal and External
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • US Visa is a plus

    • Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • University degree (Accounting or Finance).
  • Advanced English level
  • Intermediate Excel level
  • 5+ years’ experience in a multinational company / Minimum 3 years in similar position.
