Your Responsibilities :

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Resolve requests for SAP Master File Maintenance, aligned to resolution times and quality standards.
  • Analyze and understand SAP master data objects
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and assume administrative, operational and data quality validation tasks.
  • Support queries via chat, call or email.

    • Vendor Master Team validates that all the data information must be correctly updated in the system according with all mandatory requirements. Also, the Master Data team oversees executing all the controls, ensuring the transparency and integrity of sensitive data. Develops, implements and maintains the financial plans and policies of the organization.

    Basic Qualifications:

    We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • University studies in Business Administration, Accounting or similar field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Master Data in a Shared Services Center.
  • English level: Intermediate.
  • Portuguese level: Intermediate.
  • SAP Knowledge
  • Microsoft Office knowledge (Advanced Excel level).

    However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

  • Migrations projects experience
