Qualifications

Undergraduate degree; master's degree is a plus

2-3 years of experience in the field of data analysis

Project management experience with large roll out/implementation programs (CRM, ERP) is a plus

Very strong problem-solving skills 

Advanced Excel skills

Experience working with external clients

Independent self-management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team 

Excellent interpersonal skills and change management mindset

Ability to carry out multiple tasks or projects in parallel

Entrepreneurial and comfortable with risk taking and ambiguity 

Strong communications skills to facilitate discussions and conduct trainings 

Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Ability to travel frequently

You will be based in our San José, Costa Rica office as part of our Wave team.Wave equips clients to successfully manage improvement programs and transformations. What You'll Do

You will be at the core of bridging client business challenges with the capabilities of our solutions provided by Wave. You will work closely with clients and McKinsey consultants in joint problem-solving sessions. You will be responsible for driving the process of converting and enriching raw client data sources into high added value data mart required for our team to deliver the insights related to the business challenges at stake.You will master the analytics and methodology embedded into the Wave product and the data concepts related to the product's functional or sector domains. You will accompany clients in their use of the tool to drive sustainable and high impact solutions. This involves engaging with client sponsors on a regular basis to discuss about how to drive user adoption (leveraging our usage analytics framework), help them with questions they might have regarding the tool usage or applicability and more.
