Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar major. Oral and written knowledge of English at a fluid level. Advanced level knowledge of Excel. 1 to 2 years’ experience in consulting or research. Should be comfortable working with strict SLAs. High attention to detail. Ability to prioritise and sensitive to client needs. Adept at Web-based search. Reasonable understanding of basic financial concepts. Self-motivated and a quick learner.
Responsibilities Information Retrieval: Provision of company information packs, comprising company filings, broker research, new runs, and other specified information. Company and Sector Analysis: Company research and industry-specific or macro-economic research. News Runs: Filtering of relevant news related to M&A, management, and material company announcements using Google or third-party paid sources. Market Analysis: Sourcing of market data, such as share prices, currency rates, and ratios from multiple third-party data sources. Other Research: Researching technical publications, regulatory frameworks, and analytical research.
