Job Description

·       Address customer’s technical requests, issues or complaints (via all communication channels).

·       In case of escalation, create and forward case to Solutions Group (Level II)

·       Give answers to known post/pre sales technical issues

·       Aid with internal knowledge base library accuracy.

·       Provide support using available remote support tools if requested.

·       Escalate serious complaints according BT complaint process

·       Attend internal training.

·       Perform other functions related to the position.

·       Solve or forward configuration and application questions

·       Collect log files and configuration files

·       Forward non-tech support issue to related department.

·       Active contribution for product improvement.


Qualifications

·       Student of Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

·       Networking knowledge is a plus

·       Operating systems Installation and setup knowledge is a plus

·       English level B2

·       Hands-on problem solver
