Your Responsibilities :

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Support system upgrades and data conversion projects including to aid in the business requirements discovery phase, development and negotiation of system business requirements with IT, development and execution of system test plans, and system data conversions and data reconciliation. 
  • Execute system administration activities as required in support of business needs including managing system security access.
  • Act as a liaison and consultant to various stakeholder groups and represent Contract Management Operations on cross-functional teams.
  • Document and resolve system issues, problems, or defects with minimal downtime and disruption to the business. 

    • Our Contract Systems Team characterizes by being a team that works to support all systems related activities for Contract Operations including production support and project related activities. The Contract Systems Team works closely with Tech team and other business stakeholders to provide systems knowledge and experience to assist in achieving Contract Operations core objectives.

    Basic Qualifications:

    We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • From 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Business, Analytics or other related area.
  • English level: Advanced.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with complex data analysis experience.
  • Ability to understand and create SQL queries.

    • Preferred Qualifications:

    However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

  • Experience on Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Application Lifecycle Management experience.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • QlikView, Cognos BI or Power BI knowledge.
