Employee Relations Leaves will handle the leave of absence process, executing a variety of tasks aligned to standard procedures to support human resources related activities. In this role, you will monitor benefits activity and payroll concepts for different leave of absence scenarios and support handling employee status updates.


  • Update and correct human resources, benefits, timesheets and payroll records on a daily basis for initiated leave of
  • absences.
  • Provide employer statement information to third party vendors according to local regulations.
  • Review and analyze customer reported issues to determine root cause and propose solutions.
  • Perform complex data entry into one or more system and assist in maintaining accurate records and reports related to
  • the leave of absence process.
  • Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating
  • only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications


  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Advanced English level B2+
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

  • Experience in human resources administration or client support role
  • Proficiency in additional systems as needed (Remedy force, PeopleSoft, Kronos)
