What you’ll do:
● Develop solutions and implement action plans to resolve delinquencies in a timely and effective Manner.
● Provide customer service to resolve collection issues.
● Prepare reports for management groups.
● Process and review of refunds and account adjustments.
● Resolve client discrepancies, overpayments and short payments
● Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts, customer calls, small balance write offs,
● Manage collection efforts for assigned portfolio of accounts. 
● Conduct detailed research, queries, reconciliation and analysis required to resolve all nonpayment or account disputes. 
● Process payment from customers. 
● Produce account status reports for management review. 
● Typically requires vocational training, internships, or equivalent experience.
● Performs tasks according to established procedures.
 

Qualifications:
● Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Collector
● Performs clerical, administrative, technical, operational or manual work.
● Works well under pressure and a good team player
● Typically requires vocational training, internships, or equivalent experience.
● Performs tasks according to established procedures.
● Completes the job with limited supervision
● Advanced Excel skills ( is a must)
● Process improvement capability
● English and Spanish fluency required (is a must)
● Soft skills (committed, responsible, analytical, effective , problem solving, conflict mediator, multi-tasking, follow-up,
works with basic or no supervision, open to receiving feedback, [positive and negative], etc.)
● Assists others on resolving matters
● Has an advanced level of knowledge
