Position Summary

Adobe is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to join the Creative Cloud Product Marketing & Community Business Operations team. This team is responsible for driving communication, planning, decision and execution processes for the Creative Cloud Product Marketing & Community team and in partnership with a broad set of partner organizations (Campaign Marketing, Engagement Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, Customer Experience, Business Strategy, Pricing, Branding, Product Program & Release Management, Segment Marketing, Go to Market).

In this highly visible role, you will partner with the Product Marketing and cross functional leaders to drive the delivery of Creative Cloud Business and Marketing strategies. You will ensure cross-functional alignment in support of the execution of these strategies including user experience requirements across segments. This will include:

  • Strategic Program Management
  • Partnership with the PMM over the category
  • End-to-end execution management against the plan
  • Strategic and annual planning outcomes
  • Handling the deliverables, review schedules and associated work for your leaders, ensuring cross functional alignment prior to executive reviews
  • Planning and facilitating executive reviews including collecting notes and action items
  • Proactively following up on action items, identifying and managing risks within projects
  • Communicating status and key decisions to partners and executives across various organizations within Adobe
  • Providing mentorship and ensuring alignment between executives and your leaders
  • What you need to succeed

  • 10 years of proven experience in a business operations, product management, or technical program management function required
  • Experience inspiring change and working on sophisticated cross-functional projects end-to-end and/or in highly matrixed organizations required. Experience working on 1.0 projects a plus
  • Motivated, execution-­oriented high-performance individual with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-­pressure environment
  • Proven leadership and experience in identifying and solving broad and sophisticated issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-­solving skills
  • Proven flexibility and adaptability including ability to think on your feet
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, and ability to develop positive relationships
  • Experience working with high level executives
  • Experience with planning process, and/or metrics and measurement desired
  • Experience with a SAAS Software Company strongly preferred
  • MBA a plus
