  • In this role:

    Delivery Assurance Project Managers represent HPE Pointnext Services delivery teams in the development and review of customized support solutions to ensure scope, timeline, resource availability and associated delivery risks are represented correctly in the deal review for final approval. Partners closely with HPE Sales, Pursuit and Customer Account teams to ensure HPE Pointnext Services delivery teams can meet expectations and enhance the overall customer experience while remaining aligned to the financial model.

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the HPE Pointnext Services portfolio, service offerings, business model and financial model
  • Develop and maintain trusted network across HPE cross-functional teams
  • Leverage project management skills and knowledge of HPE Pointnext Services business model to ensure scope, timeline, resources and risks are accurately documented
  • Communicate clearly and concisely to maintain alignment of delivery’s opinion review with HPE cross-functional teams and customer expectations
  • Apply project management skills and tools to ensure tasks are completed on time to meet HPE and customer timelines
  • Leverage active listening and knowledge of HPE solutions to identity risks to HPE Pointnext Services successful solution execution during the contract lifecycle
  • Enable your curiosity and innovation to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Education and experience required:

  • Relevant secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years in customer service, sales or management
  • Knowledge and skills:

  • Ability to develop meaningful relationships, network, rapport and trust in a remote model
  • Proficient Project Management skills
  • Written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; mastery in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple engagements and meet time sensitive deadlines
  • Self-starting with ability to learn new process and policies quickly and develop skills
  • Collaborative and team player

  • Data analytics and trend analysis
