The Opportunity

We are hiring a Product Manager to join the IT Collaboration team. This individual will lead "Team Collaboration" tools used across all Adobe, currently Slack and Teams. The candidate will work with technical product managers, analyst and architects as well as internal customers and partners to collect and prioritize key business requirements in support of the technology solution roadmap and vision. Close partnerships with Legal, Security, Procurement and Employee Communications will be crucial to ensure the success of projects & initiatives. What you’ll do

  • Gather employee use cases to improve offerings and drive strategy.
  • Optimize workflows to improve the end user experience via automation and integrations.
  • Spread awareness about new features/product updates and educate employees on how to get the most out of the tools.
  • Constant evaluation of the environment and implementation of security improvements.
  • Partner with vendors on product roadmap, bug fixes, and feature requests.
  • Communicate updates on the product roadmap and key initiatives to leadership and partners.
  • Qualifications

  • Builds positive relationships internally and externally; an active listener and clear communicator; seeks mutually effective outcomes
  • Experience running Enterprise software
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a multifaceted and agile environment
  • Ability to lead multiple projects across cross-functional, distributed teams
  • Organizational change experience in an Enterprise setting
  • Self-starter with the ability to present independent ideas and drive them to execution; think strategically and execute tactically
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
